About Koushik Chatterjee
Researcher and numeric astrologer in New Delhi, practising for 18+ years.
“The creation of this site is my first humble attempt in the ancient field of astrology. Astrology is a science, and it should be studied in a scientific way.”
Koushik Chatterjee has studied and practised astrology for more than 18 years. His work centres on precise calculation: dividing the zodiac into 12 signs, 27 nakshatras and then unequal sub-lords, and reading the sub-lord of each house to time events in the running mahadasha.
He sees astrology as the study of how a person responds to planetary influences – not as a fixed fate. The stars have no goodwill or ill will; they set conditions, and karma and choices decide what we make of them. That is why his consultations focus on clear timing and practical steps rather than fear.
Alongside chart reading he uses numerology and traditional palmistry, and he consults for students, working professionals, families and business owners – in person in Delhi and online for clients across India and abroad.
His approach
“All parts of creation are linked together and interchange their influences. The balanced rhythm of the universe is rooted in reciprocity.”
Paramahansa Yogananda
Karma and planetary influence
Astrology is the study of our response to planetary stimuli. Planets send positive and negative influences according to individual karma – they explain tendencies and timing, they do not take away free will.
Sub-lord precision
The zodiac is divided into 12 signs, 27 nakshatras and unequal sub-lords. Reading the sub-lord of each house makes it possible to time major life events within the running mahadasha.
Remedies without fear
Difficult periods are thresholds, not punishments. Remedies are simple and lifestyle based – meditation, mantra, diet and charity – rather than expensive rituals.
Plain explanations
You should leave a consultation understanding your chart, not confused by jargon. Every prediction comes with the reasoning behind it.
