Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

You can reschedule a consultation free of charge by messaging us on WhatsApp at least 12 hours before your slot. If you miss a slot without notice, we will try to offer one new slot, but this is not guaranteed.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before your chart is prepared: if you cancel within 24 hours of paying and before work on your chart has started, you will receive a full refund.
• After the chart is prepared or the consultation has taken place: fees are not refundable, because the time has already been given.
• If we cannot hold your consultation (for example because of illness), you can choose a new slot or a full refund.
• Written reports: once a report has been delivered it cannot be refunded. If there is an error in the birth details we used, we will correct the report free of charge.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the same UPI ID or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days.
